Eligibility

It must be unused and unwashed
It must be in the original packaging
It must be returned within 30 days of purchase

Returns Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer support team at returns@mintluxurylinens.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return.
Our team will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and further instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Package the item securely and include the RMA number on the package.
Ship the item back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the returns process mentioned above and indicate the desired exchange item in your return request. We will do our best to accommodate your exchange request, subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. These include:
